1. Think about subjects that you interested to teach based on 3 criteria:-
1. Your Strength
2. Future Demand / Students’ needs
3. TTC available vacancy
2. Get forms from TTC Counter/ Jung Hao. Fill up form and submit as soon as possible to counter or tutor. ( Carrie / Jun Yik)
3. Wait for interview arrangement usually through calls / sms
4. Preparation for interview : -
1. Photocopy your certs ( SPM Trial, School
Activities, External Events and etc )
2. Prepare your questions about doubts,
uncertainties, and problems pertaining
tutoring at TTC.
3. Attend Interview Sessions with TTC HR &
Subject Head.
5. Wait for reply from TTC HR.
Steps to excel and success at TTC
1. Be professionally prepared for your subject. Through doing Practices at home for the first 3 chapters you are going to teach in Jan 2018 – March
2. Improve your presentation skills. Watch YouTube, learn skills from other presenter (Comedian, Speech or etc. ) Sing Karaoke to practice your courage and faith.
3. Persistence in achieving your final goal at TTC. Which is to make a difference in students’ life and learn to be a leader. Constant review your goals and focus on your goal. All problems will eventually solved either by your persistence or by itself.
4. Closely connect yourself with your senior and other team mates. Be truthful to your senior without fear or hesitation. As we care for your needs in TTC. TTC is a place where we put our students’ needs first. Team mates second and ourselves last. By attending bonding sessions (Yamcha, party, work sessions, seminar preparations, gotong royong and trips.)
5. Constant update family members about your progress in TTC. (If got negative progress seniors so we can seek solutions instead of making our parents worried.)
In TTC, We believe Family support is crucial in achieving success without lifelong regrets.
